quarantine holiday ornaments - free printables

We all love to decorate the tree with new-happenings of the given year. Whether it be a new baby or a new pet in the family. Or perhaps adding an ornament to your collection that is all about a food or hobby you picked up or tried in that year. I know every year for our family we add one or two ornaments to the collection.

Because this year has been unprecedented times, I thought it seemed fit to put something on our tree involving the pandemic. Check out our Quarantine Christmas Ornaments to add to your collection – because this truly is a year we will never forget.

Also, we have a couple teacher ornaments available. Looking for a unique gift to give to your children’s teacher? Print one of our free teacher ornaments and have your child color it or simply sign the back and give it as a gift.

Go ahead and laminate your Quarantine Christmas Ornaments

I’m a big fan of laminating. Why? Laminating gives these ornaments a bit more permanence. Cut out the ornaments, laminate and and use them to decorate your tree. Pack them up at the end of the season and bring them out again next year!

I don’t use anything fancy or complex, just a simple and easy laminator. This is the laminator I use and recommend. If you don’t have a laminator and you don’t want to spend the extra bucks on one right now, just follow these steps:

  1. Print the ornament out on a thicker stock paper (if you don’t have thick paper, paste it on an index card for extra strength).
  2. Take packaging tape and cover the front and back of the ornament.
  3. Cut out the ornament with scissors.
  4. Make a small hole in the top of the ornament with a hole punch (or a pin). Each ornament is marked with a small black dot to guide you on where to make the hole.
  5. Tie a piece of ribbon or an ornament hook to your new ornament and viola!, you now have a laminated ornament that can be hung year after year.

What size are the ornaments?

These quarantine Christmas ornaments are the perfect size for your Christmas tree. No need to size up or down, they are sized perfectly so all you need to do is print! All ornaments are in 300 resolution (so, they will print crystal clear). See below for the size of each ornament:

Need some craft supplies?

Amazon has always been my go-to for most of my office and craft supplies. If you print a lot of printables and spend  time coloring, gluing and adding some extra jazz to them, our list of supplies can help!

I’ve split the list up into a basic list and a fancier list if you’re going to put a little more pizazz into your printables.
