Who doesn’t like a good Halloween activity? Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. I love to dress up myself, my family and my house! And the halloween crafts my kids create we use as around-the-house halloween decorations. Yes, I end up having a fridge filled with all sorts of different halloween crafts!
So grab your scissors and glue. Your kids will spend a good chunk of time making all sorts of jack o’lanterns with this free halloween kids activity. Mine spent an entire afternoon making silly pumpkin faces with these.
So if you don’t want to carve the real pumpkins just yet, bring this Halloween activity out to stall the real deal!
All about the Build a Jack O’Lantern template
The build a pumpkin activity is a 5 page free printable that includes 2 different types of pumpkins, 9 sets of eyes, 7 mouths, and 4 noses. We even threw in Jack the Pumpkin King’s face! I mean it can’t be Halloween without Jack, am I right?
So, all you need to do is download, print, grab scissors and begin!
After your little one is done building different jack o’lantern variations, he/she can color away. Use crayons or paint to give the pumpkin an extra burst of colorful halloween fun. And viola! you have a jack o’lantern you can hang on the fridge or around the house for some fun and free halloween decorations!
Have fun and enjoy the festivities of Halloween with this free DIY halloween craft.
