Make a Dolphin Craft Printable

Dolphins are one of the most loved ocean animals. Not only are they smart (did you know they can recognize themselves in a mirror?) but they are also sweet and have lots of personality. They are even known to help humans in a time of need! These chatty animals are a favorite amongst many. This is why we needed to make our own dolphin craft!

The educational piece

Our build activities are great for many things, especially promoting creativity and developing fine motor skills. A great brain buster, the goal is for the child to put the dolphin together however they envision their dolphin to look. Every child is unique, and so it only makes sense that their dolphins would be, too!

Our build projects also stimulate the brain in many ways such as by promoting problem solving skills, creative thinking, concentration, memory, hand-eye coordination, and spatial recognition.

The build activities are also coloring activities. All of our build activities come in a black & white version that can be colored. Coloring not only improves fine motor skills, but also encourages children to focus, and inspires creativity. Have you ever seen a pink dolphin? Go ahead and create one!

Some ideas on how to use your dolphin craft:

• Use as a school activity. Learning about marine life? Use our dolphin craft as a fun way to teach about sea life.
• Use as a party activity. Do your children love under water creatures? Are you hosting a birthday party or a barbecue this summer? Print these out and use let the kids get creative in the sunshine (just don’t forget the sunblock)!
• Need a few minutes to yourself? Print these out for your children. Give them something fun and educational to do while you make dinner or take a few minutes to yourself.
• Use as a church activity. Does your local church provide activities for children? Use our ocean animals craft for a fun summer-themed church activity for youth group.
