Ever since I was a kid and saw Disney’s Robin Hood, the fox has always been one of my favorite animals. Disney sure did pick the right kind of animal to display Robin Hood. Witty, quick, intelligent with sharp features it really is a beautiful and mysterious animal. Being one of my favorite animals, I really enjoyed putting this kids activities printable together.
So, if your child, or student, enjoys foxes (or simply love animals in general), they’ll sure to stay busy with our free build-a-fox kids craft.
All about our Build a Fox kids printable:
This Build A Fox kids printable features 2 pages:
A black & white version (without color). This version can be colored, cut out and put together.
A colored version. If your kids aren’t a fan of coloring or maybe they just want to put the fox together, there is a pre-colored version.
With either version, simply cut out the pieces and put the fox together with a bit of glue/paste. Hang the fox on the fridge or give it away as a crafty gift. It’s that easy of a craft.
This is also a great homeschooling craft for preschoolers or kindergarteners. Not only does it promote practicing with scissors, it teaches kids how to work their brains creatively.
I recommend laminating all of our Build activities. Laminating gives this craft a bit more permanence. Kids can put the craft together over and over again without worrying about having to cut and color each time. I don’t use anything fancy, just a simple and easy laminator. This is the laminator I use and recommend, you literally just turn it on, it heats up, and you’re ready to start laminating anything everything!
Also, if you do choose to laminate, stick little self-adhesive velcro dots on the laminated pieces so your kids can attach and reattach easily. This eliminates the use of any messy glue!
Do you need help putting this craft together? Below is what the finished fox will look like after pasting it together. Have fun with our free kids activities printable!

Amazon has always been my go-to for most of my office and craft supplies. If you print a lot of printables and spend time coloring, gluing and adding some extra jazz to them, our list of supplies can help!
I’ve split the list up into a basic list and a fancier list if you’re going to put a little more pizazz into your printables.
