Groundhog Day activities for preschoolers and kindergarteners
This is a fun activity to add to a lesson plan whether you’re homeschooling or in the classroom. If you’re looking for prep activities that can be inserted before or after lesson plans, this worksheet is a great warm-up (or cool-down) classroom activity.
Preschool and kindergartner students can use this printable to learn about Groundhog Day (what it is, what it means) and to practice coloring. This Groundhog Day free printable would also be perfect for first grade or second grade students. Practice color recognition, combinations and improve writing sentences with the writing prompts provided on the bottom of the printable.
