Ways to use the Free Printable Rainbow Coloring Pages

There are many ways to use a rainbow printable! Early learners love them for their bright bold colors, in addition to learning new colors and improving fine motor skills. Lets get into a little more depth, shall we?

Toddlers and Preschool students learn color recognition

Color recognition activities are the first learning activities given to toddlers and preschool students.

Use the printable rainbow as a coloring page. Print a bunch and put them in a bin at the back of the class for students to grab in between lesson plans.

What supplies do you need for the free printable rainbow coloring pages?

Not much! Only a few supplies are needed for this fun and easy rainbow craft. Here are my recommendations:

1. Paper – Use simple letter size or A4 size paper. Or use a cardstock (heavier) paper if you’re looking to use as a greeting card, birthday card or decoration.

2. Grab a pack of crayons, colored pencils, markers or even paint! Add some color and make this a bright and beautiful rainbow.

3. Rounded tip scissors – if you’re turning these rainbows its decoration or a greeting card you’ll need scissors to cut it out!

Pair the free rainbow printables with a unicorn craft for some magical fun. Color your rainbows and unicorns and create a magical wonderland.
